His focus includes development and oversight of programs and personnel charged with mitigating safety risks relating to the protection of people and tangible property. Lamont is a retired U.S. Marine with over 40 years of experience in security, leadership, team building, counter terrorist training, and managing complex global projects with HQ Marine Corps “Pentagon;” Commander US Pacific Fleet, Hawaii; UN Command; Combined Forces Command, S. Korea; and Commanding Marine Corp Base, Japan. Mr. Hale founded LH Intl Consultancy Inc. (LHIC) and Strategic Security Services, Ltd (3SL), providing security for dignitaries, heads of state and Fortune 500 Companies.
