Mr. Ramirez has over 40 years of oil and gas exploration and operations experience in multiple countries and various operating environments. Leadership experience includes: Chairman, Vostochnaya Transnational (AOIL: Swedish Stock Exchange), where Vince managed financial, development, and production of an 80-million-barrel oil field in Siberia with 350 staff members; Exploration/Operations Geologist, Shell Oil, where Mr. Ramirez oversaw exploration & development operations in Yemen to take production from 0 to 400,000 barrels-per-day (ultimate 320 million barrels, with total exploration valuations cumulatively encompassing 6 billion barrels). Mr. Ramirez has a Master of Arts in Geology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he was also a Regent's Scholar.
